CompTIA Submits Letter to BIS on Recent Proposed Rule on the Release of Technology for Standards Development

The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), the leading association for the global information technology (IT) industry, submitted a comment letter to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) on its recent proposed rule regarding the release of technology for standards development. In the letter, CompTIA requested that BIS extend the standards bodies authorization to all organizations on the Entity List.
