“Herb was very professional and not robotic. He was good at showing the hands-on environment on his own PC rather than just slides. His availability to answer questions during and after was amazing. Some of us in the class, me included, are very new to learning this information and he was able to make it easy to interpret and understand it. Good pointers for how to prepare for the exams and what he used to study as well.”
