If you have active CompTIA certifications, the CompTIA Continuing Education (CE) program enables you to keep all of your ISO/ANAB approved certifications active by renewing the highest-level CE certification listed below.
Note: CE Fees are not waived if the higher-level CompTIA certification does not fully renew the lower-level certification.

Certified professional can earn CEUs towards renewing their certification by passing a CompTIA exam.
If your intention is to keep all of your CE certifications current, you will need to select your highest level certification as your “intent level.” You will be prompted to select your intent level when paying CE fees and/or submitting CEUs when logged in to your certification account. In the example above, you would select Security+ as your intent level if you want to renew both Security+ and A+.
