CompTIA BookBuzz: Part I

We're starting up a new book club, the CompTIA BookBuzz,  devoted to members and industry event participants.  We'll pick books to help you become a better leader, manage your people more effectively and grow your company.  Tell us what some of your favorite books are.  Which ones have helped you become more successful?

The first book BookBuzz is reading and discussing is Daniel Pink's Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us.  Daniel will keynote Breakaway 2010 in San Antonio, TX, August 8-12, discussing the “Science of Motivation.”  Hear insights on the difference between what science knows and what business does when it comes to motivating employees.  Learn how autonomy, mastery and purpose can increase results and productivity.

After Daniel's keynote, join in on our inaugural Breakaway BookBuzz Lunch (RSVP required) to discuss the book.  The luncheon takes place on Wednesday, August 11, from 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
